Now its only about 4 weeks to Christmas and everyone is getting ready for that special time of year to spend time with family and friends. Lets take the time to take stock of what we have achieved and perhaps change directions if that is what is needed. I don't know about you, but no matter what you do in life it always seems so busy, so it is important to make the time for the things that really matter in your life and that would be making time for the things that make you happy and give purpose to your life.

Hope everyone had a realxing break. Hope 2009 is a good year for all of you and that you will find contentment and happiness in the simple things. Enjoy the present as this is really what belongs to us

I have added some new items to diversify a little.
I have always been a keen sewer and for a little while now my sewing machine has been calling me. I found some beautiful fabric and made this table runner. Now that I have started my imaginaion is running wild with all the things I can make with the beautiful fabric. The only problem is that there is not enough time in the day.

This table runner also comes in a burgundy and gold ( I will get a picture soon). They look so nice on the table and can be used all year round as well as at Christmas. This material is a thick tapestry material so I have not backed it.

These are $40.00 plus postage - $7.50.

ZaniL Design Spring Accessories

Welcome to ZaniL Design Jewellery.

This Spring weather ( Canberra, Australia) is just beautiful and it just makes me want to get out there and start growing flowers and vegetables. I have started to plant some Zucchini seeds in little mini green houses made from used strawberry punnets( reuse and recycle) and the seeds have started to sprout. How exciting !.

I love to grow zucchinis as they are so easy to grow and very quick and prolific.

I love to grow Gladiolus as well as they are such a beautiful flower and they flower around Christmas time. I have started a rather nice tradition of going into the flower garden on Christmas morning and picking a bunch of Gladiolus for the table for Christmas lunch or dinner. I have a lot of red ones so the colour scheme works well with Christmas.

In keeping with the theme of Spring, I have made some new book marks out of Butterfly hangers. The blue one has a Swarovski Slider and matching blue Czech beads. The Crystal one has a Swarovski slider with Fresh water pearls and Crystal beads.

These are priced at $17.00 with Postage and handling included.
These can be converted to Bag charms or Larger book marks if required, just add an extra $2.50.

Zanil Design Beaded Rings

Welcome to ZaniL Design Jewellery Blog

This Month I have also been making some new beaded rings with Swarovski Filagree beads. These are beautiful dress rings and are very comfortable to wear. I can make them to order and to size. They are definetly conversation stoppers and I get many people asking me about them. They are very durable, I still have some of

the first ones I have made ( from 18 months ago and they still look good. I will be making more kinds of these rings as they look like the real thing from a distance and very effective and have been very popular.

These rings are $37.50 Postage and Handling is included.

If you would like to order, you will need you will need to measure the finger around the widest part of your finger.

I will have them at the Old Bus Depot Market on the 10th August 2008.

ZaniL Design - Niffty Bead Accessories

Hello Customers and fellow bloggers,

I hope all is well with you all. Well I have been busy making some niffty bead accessories. A new addition to my range of products are Bag charms ( pictured right) and brooches ( picture below) . Bag charms can be attached to the zipper or another part of your bag as a simple decoration. I have wire wrapped the all connections to make it extra strong and durable. They come in a range of colours and can be custom made to match any bag colour. I have lots of different styles. I have made some is Blue, Purple, Red and gold, Gold and Black, black and white.

They are $19.00 including postage and handling.

These make great gifts for friends and family.









Brooches can also come in a range of colours and can be attached to scarves to hold in place or simply attached to the lapel of your coat.

For book lovers, I have made these wonderful colourful book marks. Each one is unique and I don't think I have made two that are exactly the same. These are about 9 cm long.
I have used all sorts of beads including foil and fresh water pearls and lamp work.

I have incorporated a new wire wrapping technique into these book marks.


These make great little gifts and great if you have a few friends to buy for.
